Send a gift directly to the recipient
If you want to send a gift directly to someone else, you can choose a different delivery address at checkout.
The package will be delivered to an agent near the delivery address.
The recipient needs to be able to show identification when picking up the package from the agent, so be sure to write the parent's name as the recipient if you are sending a gift to a child.

If you choose to buy a PRESENT WRAPPING, we do not include a delivery note in the box.
There are lots of nice GREETING CARDS to choose from that we can write your greeting on and put in the box.

Important info: In some cases, we have noticed that notification comes to the customer's Postnord app because the email is linked to the app.
It is you as the customer who is responsible for keeping track of the package and in this case informing the recipient that there is a package to pick up.
