Operating instructions:
1. turn on the lamp by moving the switch at the bottom of the lamp to either the ON position or the TIMER position.
2. turn off the lamp by moving the switch at the bottom of the lamp to the OFF position or by patting the lamp until it goes out.
3. ON function and use of the patting function: The lamp has 2 different brightness levels and you can vary the brightness by patting the lamp. When the lamp is at its brightest, the next tap turns it off. The lamp lights up again when you tap it.
4. TIMER function: When the switch is in the TIMER position, the lamp will automatically turn off after 30 minutes. If you adjust the brightness during the timer function, the timer will start again.
