History of the motif: Suddenly one day everyone starts to leave Moominvalley. Moomintroll and Snorkmaiden decide to find out why. They soon find out that the reason why everyone is fleeing is because of a big comet that is going to hit the Earth at any moment. The whole Moomin family starts to pack their bags to take refuge in a cave. Finally, the inhabitants of Moominvalley can breathe a sigh of relief. The forces of nature drive the comet away and life in Moominvalley continues as before.
