“Gift of Love” features a new color palette of green, mustard yellow, and beige. The illustrations and patterns on the products are inspired by Tove Jansson’s 1958 comic strip *The Golden Tail*. In the story, Moomintroll becomes popular thanks to the shiny tuft at the end of his tail. He is invited to a fancy party where everyone is in a festive mood, toasting, cheering, and dancing on the table. The designs also draw on details from the comic series *The Family Lives It Up* (1955) and *We’re Starting a New Life* (1956).
